minor's legal heirship
12 & 14 years muslim child legal heirship if the mother is dead and father not resides with the child

The muslim personal laws are stated in Quoran and other . Upon death of mother her personal properties can be inherited by them. As regards father who has abondoned them they can go in Magistrate and seek maintenance u/s 125 of Crimini\al procedure and even they can approach to Civil / Familiy Court to get permanant alimony / property for their livelihood.
