I do not have money to pay my card outstanding
Hi,
i have huge outstanding on my credit card,since last many year i make my payment on time.....But now lost my all money and i don't have money to pay to bank..(i lost my all money in stock mkt)....Now bank filed civil suit and 138 case aginst me ...What can i do...Sir i requested to banks please make my outstanding in 10 yr. Emi without intrest so i can make payment.....But they want full money in one time.
What can i do...Please help me

Only way is to show yourself as a pauper(insolvent)or to borrow from someone and pay to the Bank. Contact a legal aid advocate.
