Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have to mortgage 5 property to the Bank. Four properties belongs to my mother name and one belongs to my father, plz advise how much stamp duty paid for mortgage that property.

There are 6 kinds of Mortgage and under equitable mortgage , there are no stamp duty to be paid. Now tell me what kind of mortgage you have done with the bank .
