If u are the nominee registered with the bank where the locker is in your late mother's name, you are entitled to be allowed access the same and an inventory of the contents also will have to be taken after the locker is opened with the Bank's key as well as the key provided to your mother and must be in your possession. You can have the stay vacated in your brother's suit by citing the relevant provisions in the Banking Regulation Act.
