Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Can we move to consumer forum against bank mistake,whether consumer forum will grant stay to bank for not taking possesion of property or We have only DRT is solution,we have already filed apeal in DRT but we feel DRT is more favouring bank,they have even not ask on what ground my account make NPA.

DRT is the only solution in such cases.
