A nationalised bank has created three fictitious loan account and three set of fraudulent documents against a single home loan and declare the same NPA and issued notice U/s13(2) of Securitisation Act - now how I can defend them

If they are fictitious give a proper reply in consultation with your Advocate. Still if they take possession of your house, take proceedings before the DRT under Sec.17 of the Act.
