Can a non-nbfc invest in non banking financial company( nbfc)??

To my knowledge, there is no prohibition of a non NBFC company to invest in the shares of a NBFC. Please check the websites of L&T Finance company Ltd., Sundaram Finance LTd., etc. regarding the shareholdings of their promoter companies.

Yes, subject to Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company desiring to invest.
