Notice under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
Can anybody give me proper format of Notice send to customer in case of cheque Bounce for Insufficient fund, refer to drwaer etc.

There is no prescribed format nor one is required;
it should be a simple notice of demand - give particulars of the cheque, and the reason why cheque was issued in your favour;
also be a little careful about address of the person.
send the notice by Registered Post.
