Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i am an officer of state bank of india and have been posted on a foreign assignment for 2 years in oman. if i open NRO account in india, TDS @30%will be deducted. My income in India will only be from interest. If the interest income is less than Rs. 160000/- then can I claim the refund while filing the ITR.

It is possible to claim refund by filing your tax return. Better consult a taxation expert/Chartered Accountant.
