Legal Question in Banking Law in India
while opening a Bank Account we fill the KYC form which has the details including the nominee details.
The details entered by the Bank for Nominee do not match with the information provided by me. The Nominee name is a name of different person whom i never know.
Can I take any action against the Bank?

ask for the form you have filled up. If the nominee you wanted to mention is not there, file a fresh form. You must immediately cancel the name of the nominee if the form contains a name different from what u wanted to mention. If the mistake is committed by the bank while the form you have filled in is correct, you can take action against the bank.
