If co operative bank gives loan with out collateral security,whose mistake is this.

if there is no provision for collateral security, the bank may dispense with it. in other loans, bank is responsible. read more on indian laws on my website www.karvai.in.

If the loan is one which the bank as peer it's rules grant without insisting on collateral the bank is not at fault.
