Could Co oprative bank attach F.D. amount ? Which F.D, is in Nationalise Bank for there loan recovery by recovery officer u/s 101 act the order issued by Registar.

yes, it can, by issue of garnishee order on the bank in which the deposit is held whether nationlised or other wise.
