Ourfirmisdealinginpoulryfarming we took a loan from a nationalised bank wecouldnotpaytheinstalmentsintime now bank has given us a notice under sarfesiact. Does the poultry farming comes under sarfaesi act?

Yes all dues of Banks & FIs are covered under SARFAEI Act
