Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My parents borrowed x amount form one person and they given the cheque for the same but they given the cash in the hand physically and if they ask for the cheque back but that person deposited the cheque in the bank and claiming for that cheque bouncing, now the person given the legal notice for the cheque amount and huge amounts which is not mentioned anywhere in papers or any documnet.
Please anyone guide me regarding this problem

You have to prove with withesses of cash handed over to the creditor. You have to reply to his notice properly. take the assistance of local lawyer
