Partially unfilled documents
We have recently filed a case against a borrower in court. While filing suit it came to our knowledge that one part of loan agreement was by mistake not filled up. But all other parts are fine.Will it create problem for the Bank

without knowing which part of the agreement was not filled up, it is not possible to guess an answer. Pl.check up with the bank's advocate and proceed. Avoid asking such questions in this forum.

depends on the importance of the part left unfilled.

The bank's filing counsel may be the right person to appropriately advise. However, you may consider seeking return of plaint for filing fresh with relevant supporting documents.
