Legal Question in Banking Law in India

we four partner,started small chemical factory,by taking loan, for loan morgadge given my partner's relative land.we could not run factory,it was closed,we could not pay loan amount, so my partner land could not free.partner asking for land amont,but i unable to pay this amount. presently i m out of india.i doing service in other country.

my question is that when i come to india for leave, may i arrested in air port.please give me advice. I want to come india.

you can be arrested only if their are warrants against you otherwise not, and if civil case is pending than you cannot be arrested unless warrants of arrest are issued by court

arrest is made only in those cases where there is commission of an offence/crime. Non payment is a civil remedy. the facts disclosed by you do not suggest a situation where in you would be arrested at the airport.

in the absence of any criminal case, you cannot be arrested. however, you may hire a lawyer and he would ascertain whether any criminal case pending against you at your native place or at the place your partner is residing or working for gain. in case there are none, you need not bother about getting arrested.. and in case it is there, you may seek anticipatory bail before leaving your place.
