Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have a party who issued me two PDC and then later on he issued a stop paymnt against them both the amont being 25000 rupees INR i do not have any documentary proof as i gave the bill to him once he settled the payment ...can i send him a demand notice against those cheques ...please guide

in case they owe you the money, you may resort to sec 138 of NI Act.
