Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have to pay due of Credit Card from Kotak Mahindra Bank and have received a notice under arbitratars act from Court. What should I do now?

If the dues the Bank claim are not due, contest the case before the arbitrators. Otherwise, make arrangements with the Bank to settle its dues.
