Legal Question in Banking Law in India
The person who is authorized to execute the loan papers & witness to common seal is executing the loan documents by affixing the common seal of the company, whether he has to sign separately/ each for executing the loan documents & for affixation of common seal or a single signature on the loan documents ensures for execution of loan documents & witness to a common seal, since common seal is affixed beside the signature of the person mentioned above, (who is signing the loan documents)
