Legal Question in Banking Law in India
A person having a bank account with the Bank has had a paralytic attack and is not in a position to speak or move. For his treatment his relatives required money. Is there any way by which the said persons account can be operated. Will a authorisation affixing the thumb impression of the said person be enough to permit one of his relatives to operate the bank account.

Better Check with the bank concerned with an appeal to find out a solution. There cannot be one shoe that fits all in these matters.
