A person as given the cheque for 26 lacs but the cheque as been bounces what action can be taken against him? any good layer to handle the case

you have to first issue a legal notice within 30 days of the dishonour to the drawer of the cheque asking him to make the payment within 15 days of the notice. If he does not make the payment then you will have to file a criminal complaint with 30 days of expirty of 15 days notice period.
Your other remedy is to file a civil summary suit by paying the court fee, which is different in each state.

immediately issue notice thru a lawyer and file case u/s 138 of negotiable instruments act. hurry the limitations are very strict in the law.
