Legal Question in Banking Law in India
A person has given individual checks more than $10000. The first check has been bounced worth $1000 and says he is unable to pay. He is trying to cheat now. He is in GA state and I am in India. How shall I proceed?

you have to proceed against the drawer of cheques in GA state in U.S. consult U.S. attorneys in this regard.

in case the cheques were bounced in india, you may also opt to file a case here under negotiable instruments act.
