Is personal appearence is must after taking bail on every date?

Hello,

I am defending a 138 N.I case and I have taken bail after getting summon. So do i need to appear in court on every date or it can be done by indirect presense through my advocate?

As I am far from the court its not possible for me physically appear on every date..

You have to make an application to court to dispense with your personal appearance except for material sessions like answering the charges, accused statement. You have to give a special vakalath for your Advocate to represent you even in your absence. consult your advocate in the matter.

An accused may have to appear on every date unless exempted by the court.

an accuse has to appear on each and every date of hearing , hoever personal appearence can be exempted for a date on showing suficient reason and on the application for exemption.
