Is personal appearence is must after taking bail?
Hello,
I am defending a 138 N.I case and I have taken bail after getting summon. So do i need to appear in court on every date or it can be done by indirect presense through my advocate?
As I am far from the court its not possible for me physically appear on every date..

An accused may have to appear on every date.

You need to appear on each and every date unless you obtain a permanent exemption from appearance from the court.

You are ordered to appear on each instance but if on health grounds may postpone it for sveral occassions.
