Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My personal details/ statement has been handed over to 3 rd party without my knowledge & consent. I am also submitted a copy of statement to bank that was handed over to 3rd party which contains branch seal and employee sign code.

Take the Bank to Consumer Court as they cant act in this way.
