Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have given personal guarantee for the company taking aloan from state financial corporation. I have no assets. Can the state financial corporation proceed against my legal heirs.

If you die then ofcourse to recover the money ,the SFC would have no option but to recover the money from your legal heirs.
