Legal Question in Banking Law in India

i have a personal loan from bajaj finance some time my hole business is fail for chiness market purpose so these time i have no fund but i have received a call from bajaj finance advocate and police officer mujhse bola hai augar aap fund deposit nahi karte ho to mai tumhe arrest kur lunga and tumhare ghar ka sara material jiski value 70000 rupees seal kur diya jyega o tunhe 15 dayske liye arrest hona padega but mujhe to only 35000 ka loan session kiya tha jiska sattelment 37500 rupees mai kiya hai or mene abhi 10 days before 5000 rupees deposit kiya hai abhi mujhe 32500 rupees deposit karna jiske liye mujhe kuch time chahiye mai every month 5000 deposit kar sakta hoo but vo log nahi mante hai pls help me vo polise wala mujhe every time phone karta hai

complain to the commissioner of Police and RBI NBFC dept. if there is harassment.
