Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i took a personal loan of 250000/- on a EMI of 7604/- p.m., from a private bank, named Fullerton. I hv issued them undated blank cheques (Cheque number has missed by me). I paid them for 17 months on regular basis. but now i am out of job & i lose my additional money in side business thats why i cant pay them untill i find new job. so what is way out to save myself???
Please suggest !
