Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I had taken personal loan of 5 lac from 2 pvt. banks at a time in delhi two months back. But the entire amount is stolen from my house. Now i am deppressed and frustated. I will not be able to re-pay the loan to both the banks. My salary is Rs. 17000 pm and i am not in a position to pay monthly EMI and run my dailyhood. I can not pay the loan amount to the banks. Kindly let me know what extreme action can the bank take against me for non-payment of the loan.

the bank may not take the action now but you should prepare to pay the loan
