Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I am having a personal loan of 1L,but after paying some emis due to my serious financial problem i have to stop paying emi,now my financial condition is bit good so i want to start paying emi once again,but bank peaple are saying i have to pay full outstanding amount in one time which i am unable to pay,bank peaple are calling me and asking to pay full amount now and talking about legal action against me.But iam ready to start paying emi once again.I want to know from you is there any legal action which i can take so that i can start paying emi once again,can u plz help me legally in this situation
