Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have taken a personal loan from a private bank. I want to invest a part of the money in the stock markets. Are there any legal bindings or restrictions which the bank can impose on me for using the money in such a way.

No. Bank is not concerned with the way you are using money. Bank has concern only for repayment of loan
