Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have taken personnel loan from icici bank regulary i paid the EMI's every month.But i failed to pay the EMI's from last 6 months due to my health problem,i suffered with chicken gunia for 5 months,but some of advocates from bank side have called me and they said charge sheet on me.But i did'nt get any notice from their side, but i am not in previous address which is with the bank, but i will pay the amount and i need some time.please give me the advise to what i have to do.

yes, you can submit to the court to grant you relief by instalment payment, citing your poor financial condition. Take the assistance of a good lawyer to plead on your behalf.
