Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I have a plan. I will take Personal Loan for Rs. 8-9 (less than 10 lacs) lacs from 4-5 Pvt banks at a time and will change my state of residence from Delhi to Karnataka. I will also make a change in my name from Mr. Anurag Nair to Mr. Anoorag Atreya by court affidavit before i apply for the loan. I will also make a PAN card in the new name ( Anoorag Atreya) with new signature.. By doing so, my identity will not be traceble in CIBIL reports. As the PAN unit (IT department, India) has no biometric process of ciizen identification, it will be quite easier to hide the identity. I don't know what may be the consequence after the implementation of UID no. as proposed by Mr. Nandan Nilekani (UIDAI). But, I also have one plan to hide from UID system of tracing as I will show my identity to them by my new name only. I will make my Driving License , UID card, PAN card, Passport, Voter card by new name. Now, tell me the followings:

1) can the bank trace me and my new identity?

2) what are the legal aspects or legal actions that can be charged on me after i get caught?
