Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I had given one post dated cheque to a party and he presented it immediately to the bank. His bank presented it to the clearance and surprisingly my bank also cleared it without looking at the date. What action can be taken against the bank ?

in case the post dated cheque is cleared by the bank, you may not have any legal remedy.
