if the post dated cheque presented after 2 years , bounces . What are the implications ?..
Also after loan is closed , how long to does it take for the name to go from CIBIL ?..

After 2 years from which date? Is it 2 years after the cheque date, if yes, the check is invalid.
If loan is closed, why dont you cancell the check and give one stop payment? CIBIL- it depends and range from 6m-1yr
