Power of Attorney in 138 NI Act
My question is that in which part or case of 138 N.I. Act a accuse can give the Power Of attorney to the Hon'Ble Court.

I have seen complainant giving POA in Sec138 NI Act but not an accused as a accuse needs to be personally present.

You will not find any such provision in NIA.

Your question is somehow not understandable. Attorney of accused can file his Power of Attorney when his services are engaged. You may need to rewrite clear question.
