how to prepare a panchanam while we are possessing the vehicle (other than SARFAESI )

Prepare a list, if possible with the photograph and setting out its features with the help of a competent automobile mechanic, have the list and photograph attested/witnessed by the mechanic and two independent people who were present at the site or taken by the person seizing the vehicle, with their addresses etc.
