Legal Question in Banking Law in India
on printed demand draft amount printed is out side the column so bank written the amt by pen in the required column but not signed at place whare amount written but authrise signature is made amount same in number and in words is the demand draft valid ? and will get honourd or not ? there is no mistake of person who sends a draft

even though the demand draft is genuine but the amount not written in the column, is valid.
