issue notice by RPAD within 30 days of the receipt of information from your bank regarding return of cheque from the drawer, directing him to pay the cheque amount within 15 days of the receipt of notice. If u don't receive payment, file a complaint to the local magistrate within one month from the expiry of 15 days of time given to the drawer. Take the assistance of local lawyer in this exercise.
