Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My property is with the bank against the loan to the firm. i m a guarnter & silent director in the firm.how i can take my guarantee & property back.

whether you are an active or silent director, it does not make any difference for the guarantee you have given to the Bank for the loan to the company of which u r the director. You cannot escape liability due from the co. to the Bank. Have a proper settlement with the Bank, pay its dues and have your property released.
