Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have given a property documents to a bank and taken 7 lakhs .loan has on 1990
in 2007 DRT has passed a dreeed for 55lakhs which is a ex party order .
now can i go to chennai drt and file again.after 2 years

You will have to get the ex-parte orders set aside. Prior to this, you need to explain the reasons for your non-appearance and seek 'condone delay' by way of a petition along with Affidavit. Act fast, before the decree is brought-up for execution.

You have to apply for setting aside the exparte order with a delay excuse petition.
