Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i want to purchase a property in public auction conducted by drt . is the sale certificate being issued by them is sufficient or should i insist bankm to give me a sale deed as my friend suggests that sale d certificate does not derive title. also i am told that borrower will not allow the sale to complete without his help.please help

Sale certificate issued by the Recovery Officer is sufficient. Better get it registered.
