Purchasing a Home which is owned by my Father
Can I Purchase a House which is owned by my Father by taking a Home Loan? Can I get a Home loan for that?

There is no legal problem in purchasing a house from your father. Whereas the issue of home loan is concerned you may have to check with the concerned bank from whom you want to obtain loan.

There is no legal bar if the lender is willing to lend.
