Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sorry to ask this Question again, i asked this question before also, but now i m sending this question with whole details.
My dad had and credit card n he used it in 2002 n he got death in 2003, after his death my mother had his Credit card n c used tht card upto 2006, n in 2007 card was totally disclosed cuz of not paying overdues.. n in 2009 my mother got death n in 2010 we got 1 notice to clear the dues. But now we dont hve property of their name n bank balance aswell. if i send both death certificates to bank. Would bank ill give us no due certificate ?

No. The bank may try to recover its dues by all available legal means.
