Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Rbi Complaint
Dear Sir,
what am i supposed to complain to the rbi people.and just in case if i lodge a comlaint also, will i get any kind of acknowledgement from the Rbi for this kind of complaint.Ultimately what will be their next step from rbi.Please advice.

It is not clear as regarding which subject matter you want to make a complaint. However if you want to make a complaint against a bank, you could well consider approaching the banking ombudsman if your complaint pertains to matters which the ombudsman is empowered with. The Banking ombudsman Scheme is a scheme which has been framed by the reserve bank of india for the rederessal of grievances of the customers against the banks. However before approaching the banking ombudsamn kindly ensure that the banking ombudsman will have the jurisdiction regarding the subject matter of your complaint.
