Legal Question in Banking Law in India
is the RBI guidelines are mandatory and statutory if so any violation by the nationalised banks be dealt with. Can I claim compensation for making my unit sick by declaring my unit as NPA over ruling the RBI guide lines.

How do you prove?
Only because of non payment, they have declared your account as NPA.
You may file Sarfacesi Appeal for remedy
