What is Reason no. 24 for any Indian banker's cheque bounce.

I don't understand Reason No.24. If the Bank has sent a printed return memo with item 24 mentioned, please send verbatim the reason rather than the No. There is no such universal Reason No.24 in respect of refusal to pay a Banker's cheque.
