RE:bank file civil suit aginst me for payment of card

sir,bank file civil suit aginst me for payment of card,but i think as per rbi they should give me first lok adalt notic before going in to court...sir i ask bank they told me they allready give me notic but i have not get any notic...so what can i do.....can court dismis bank case on this basis.

DETAILS ARE:

TOTAL CARD LIMIT:79,000.00

BANK ASKING FOR:1,29,000.00

CARD 3.8YEAR OLD.

I AM NOT MAKE PAYMENT SINCE LAST 8 MONTH AFTRE GETTING HARSMENT CALL FROM BANK,I DEMAND TO BANK TAKE ACTION AGINST THAT CALLER AND LET ME KNOW AFTRE I MAKE PAYMENT BUT THEY NOT REPLY ME.

you fight the case and notice is not mandatory in certain conditions. they add extraordinary charges and if u will fight then the charges will be reduced and even the amount may be reduced.

Consult a local lawyer and there is no solution here in this forum until and unless I would advice you to file a police complaint.

File a police complaint and if the call comes again let him know about the complaint and if possible record the same.

find out in which civil court they have filed the civil suit and defend the same through your lawyer. No solution possible in this forum
