Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I received a banker's cheque from a company and deposited into my account. However when i check woth the bank this morning, i realised that the banker's cheque has been stopped. Can banker's cheque be stopped for i have already release my goods?

The Banker who issued the cheque which is normally issued for local payments cannot be stopped by the Banker. You can sue the Banker for the misdemenour
