Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Receiving monetary help in India.
Dear Sir
What are the legal requirements to be fulfilled by a receipient of monetary help, in India, especially if the receipient is a physically handicapped person. What are the ways in which the sender of the money can indemnify the receipient in all aspects from his country's various government bodies like RBI, etc.

No indeminification is required by the receipient. If someone wants to help you, he can simply send you the money and you can receive money without internvention of any government agency like RBI etc.
